Welcome to QuickFold Laundry Pickup & Delivery (“QuickFold,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Service explain the conditions under which we provide laundry pickup, cleaning, and delivery services to our customers (“you,” “your”).
By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Services Provided
QuickFold offers laundry pickup, washing, drying, folding, and delivery services for residential and commercial clients. Our goal is to provide clean, fresh, and professionally folded laundry within the estimated turnaround time (typically 24–48 hours, depending on order size and specialty items).
Pickup & Delivery

Customers must ensure laundry is placed in a secure, accessible location at the scheduled pickup time.

If we are unable to retrieve your laundry due to access issues or missed appointments, a rescheduling fee may apply.

QuickFold is not responsible for lost or stolen laundry bags left unattended outside after delivery.
Payment

Payment is required before any laundry is washed or processed.
We will not begin washing your order until full payment is received. -
Accepted payment methods include Cash App, Zelle, Cash, or we can send you an invoice link where you may pay securely using any major credit or debit card.

Orders left unpaid after pickup will be placed on hold until payment is completed.

Repeated late or missing payments may result in refusal of future service.
Garment Care & Damages

We handle all laundry with care. However, we are not responsible for normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, shrinkage, stretching, color bleeding, or small tears) that may occur during washing and drying.

Customers must clearly separate or label delicate or hand-wash-only items.

QuickFold is not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets (e.g., pens, lighters, gum, etc.) or manufacturer defects.
Specialty Items

Oversized items such as California comforters, weighted blankets, rugs, pillows, or pet beds will require additional fees and extra processing time.

We will notify you of any extra cost or delay before washing.
Turnaround Time

Most orders are completed within 24 hours. Larger or specialty loads may take up to 48 hours.

We’ll contact you immediately if unexpected delays occur.

If you need your order returned in 12 hours or less, let us know and we will prioritize your order. A $10 Rush Fee will be charged.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

Repeated same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee or refusal of future bookings.
Lost Items

We strive for accurate sorting and return of all items.

Any claim for a missing or damaged item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

QuickFold’s liability for lost or damaged items will not exceed the cost of service for that load.
Customer Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who behaves in a threatening, disrespectful, or unsafe manner toward our staff.
Limitation of Liability
QuickFold shall not be held liable for:

Acts of nature, delivery delays, or events beyond our control.

Damage to items that do not have proper care labels or pre-existing wear.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

We may update these Terms of Service as our business grows or regulations change. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.”
