At QuickFold Laundry Pickup & Delivery, our goal is to make laundry day completely stress-free. Whether you’re wondering about pricing, pickup times, or special care for your items, we’re happy to help every step of the way. If you don’t see your question listed below, just call or text us — we’ll respond quickly and make sure you’re taken care of.

How does QuickFold work? 

It’s simple!
You schedule a pickup, leave your laundry bag at your door, and we’ll come to pick it up. We wash, dry, and fold your items, then deliver them right back to your doorstep—fresh, clean, and ready to put away!

How do I schedule a pickup? 

You can call or text us directly at (346) 550-6082. We’ll confirm your pickup time by text and send updates throughout the process.

When do I pay for my order? 

Payment is required before we begin washing your laundry.
You can pay by Cash App, Zelle, or Cash, or we’ll send you a secure invoice link to pay with any major credit or debit card. Once payment is received, your order goes straight into our wash cycle.

What areas do you service? 

We proudly serve the following areas in Spring, The Woodlands, Shenandoah, Oak Ridge North, and parts of Imperial Oaks, Texas:

How fast will I get my laundry back? 

Most orders are delivered within 24 hours. Large or specialty items (comforters, blankets, or heavy loads) may take up to 48 hours. If you ever need your order rushed, let us know — we can often prioritize it for a small fee.

How much will my order cost? 

Our pricing starts at $30 per standard load, and that includes pickup and delivery — no hidden fees!
Each standard load is about 13 gallons (roughly the size of a tall kitchen trash bag) — not an oversized laundry hamper or garbage bag.

Specialty items such as California comforters, weighted blankets, pillows, or dog beds are priced separately. We’ll always confirm the total before we start washing, so you know exactly what to expect.

💰 Example Pricing:

  • 1 Load (standard laundry) — $30

  • 2 Loads — $60

  • 3 Loads — $90

  • California Comforter — $25 extra

  • Weighted Blanket or Large Rug — $20+ depending on weight/size

If you have a large order that’s too big to measure by the bag, we’ll weigh it and charge $2 per pound. For commercial businesses or large families who want recurring laundry service, we also offer custom pricing and flexible schedules to fit your needs.

Do I need to seperate colors or delicates? 

No worries — we’ll handle that for you!
If you have special instructions (like hand-wash or hang-dry items), please place those pieces in a separate bag or clearly label them.

What if I'm not home for pickup/delivery?

You don’t need to be home! Just leave your laundry bag at your front door, porch, or a secure location. We’ll text you before pickup and again after delivery.
If we can’t access your pickup spot, we’ll reschedule at your convenience.

What kind of detergent do you use? 

We use high-quality laundry detergent and sanitizer with every load to ensure your clothes are not only clean but hygienically fresh. Each order is also finished with dryer sheets for a soft feel and long-lasting freshness. If you prefer no scent, we offer Free & Clear (fragrance-free) detergent and baby-safe detergent — both available at no additional cost. Just let us know your preference when scheduling your pickup, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What if I have a problem with my order?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If anything isn’t right — such as missing items or quality concerns — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Do you wash items for businesses? 

Yes! We offer laundry services for salons, barbershops, spas, nail studios, and daycares. Contact us for custom commercial pricing or recurring pickup schedules.

Can I get same day service? 

In some cases, yes! Same-day or express service may be available for an additional rush fee of $10. Contact us early in the day to check availability.

What if I have a problem with my order?

Please use a 33-gallon kitchen trash bag. You can also use a hamper, basket, or 45 gallon trash bags, but it will be charged by the pound, not per bag.  We’ll return your items folded and packaged neatly in our QuickFold bags.

How will I know when my order is ready? 

We’ll text you at every step — after pickup, when it’s in the wash, and when it’s out for delivery. You’ll never have to wonder where your laundry is!

What if I have a problem with my order?

Do you mix laundry from different customers? 

Never! Each order is washed, dried, and folded separately to ensure your items are handled safely and hygienically. Our team members wear gloves at all times, and gloves are changed frequently between orders. We always use fresh liners and bags when handling both dirty and clean laundry to keep everything sanitary and organized. Laundry sanitizer is added to every wash cycle for extra protection and freshness. We treat every customer’s laundry as if it were our own — clean, safe, and handled with care from start to finish.

Can you remove stains?

Yes! Spot treatment is included with every order — we carefully pre-treat visible stains before washing to help lift and reduce them as much as possible.
However, please note that we can’t guarantee full removal of serious or set-in stains such as ink, grease, or oil. If you’re concerned about a specific stain, just let us know before pickup — we’ll give it our best professional care!

Can I request a certain team member to handle my laundry?

We truly appreciate it when customers enjoy working with our team! However, our staff members have rotating schedules and are assigned to different service areas based on daily routes and availability.

Many of our team members also handle commercial business accounts that require their full-time attention and consistency. For that reason, we can’t guarantee that the same washer or delivery person will handle your order every time — but rest assured, every QuickFold team member follows the same high standards of care, cleanliness, and professionalism with every load.
